Pillar 03

Cybersecurity & Network Management

Enterprise security and connectivity, configured and managed remotely.

Practical, standards-aligned security for businesses that can’t justify a full in-house security team. We design, configure and manage the controls that keep your network and data protected — remotely and continuously.

What's included

Firewall management

Configuration, tuning and ongoing management of enterprise firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto and equivalents).

Secure remote access

VPN and zero-trust remote-access setups so distributed teams connect safely.

Network design & management

Segmentation, routing and Wi-Fi design for reliable, secure connectivity.

Security audits

Structured reviews of your posture with a prioritised, plain-language remediation plan.

Continuous monitoring

Ongoing monitoring for threats and misconfigurations, with alerting and response.

Hardening & policy

Endpoint, server and cloud hardening aligned to recognised security baselines.

How we deliver it

All configuration and management is performed remotely with least-privilege access, documented changes and regular posture reporting.

How we work

A predictable, remote-first engagement — from first assessment to steady-state delivery on Gulf Standard Time.

  1. 1

    Assess your posture

A structured review of your network, firewalls, remote-access and endpoints to establish where the real exposure is — with findings in plain language, not just a scan dump.

  2. 2

    Design & prioritise

A remediation and hardening plan aligned to recognised security baselines, prioritised so you fix the highest-risk gaps first rather than boiling the ocean.

  3. 3

    Configure & deploy

We configure firewalls, VPN and secure remote access, segmentation and policy remotely, with documented changes and least-privilege access throughout.

  4. 4

    Monitor & respond

Continuous monitoring for threats and misconfigurations on Gulf Standard Time, with alerting, response and regular posture reporting so security stays current.

Who it's for

Common situations we solve

Not sure if this fits? These are the typical scenarios where Gulf businesses bring us in for cybersecurity & network management.

An enterprise firewall nobody manages

Companies that bought serious security hardware but have no one configuring or watching it.

There is a capable firewall in the rack, but rules are stale, logs are unread, and no one is tuning policy or responding to alerts.

  • Remote configuration, tuning and ongoing management of enterprise firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto and equivalents)
  • Policy rebuilt on a least-privilege basis with documented changes
  • Continuous monitoring with alerting and response on Gulf Standard Time

Outcome: The security you already paid for actually does its job — managed, monitored and kept current.

Audit and data-residency pressure

UAE businesses facing compliance requirements (including PDPL and data-residency expectations).

A customer, regulator or board is asking hard questions about security controls, where data lives, and whether the network is properly segmented.

  • Structured security audit with a prioritised, plain-language remediation plan
  • Segmentation, hardening and controls aligned to recognised baselines
  • Guidance on data residency and cloud region choice, with the documentation to support your compliance

Outcome: A defensible security posture and the evidence to show for it — without claiming a certification authority we are not.

Securing a work-from-anywhere team

Organisations with staff spread across offices, home and the road who still need safe access.

People connect from everywhere. VPN is patchy or over-trusting, and there is no clear line between “on the network” and safe.

  • VPN and zero-trust remote-access designed so distributed teams connect safely
  • Firewall policy, segmentation and endpoint hardening behind it
  • Ongoing monitoring so access stays least-privilege as the team changes

Outcome: Staff work securely from anywhere in the Gulf and beyond, without opening the business up to the internet.

Frequently asked questions

Can you manage our firewalls without being on-site?
Yes. Enterprise firewalls such as Fortinet and Palo Alto are configured, tuned and managed over secure remote connections — the manufacturer-supported way these devices are administered. Physical rack work, if ever needed, is coordinated with a local pair of hands you nominate.
How do you help with UAE data residency and compliance?
We design controls with UAE data-residency and PDPL considerations in mind — including where data and backups live and which cloud region is appropriate. We provide the technical controls and documentation to support your compliance; we do not claim to be your legal or certification authority.
Your team is in Baku — how is that handled under UAE PDPL and data residency?
Two things are separate: where your data lives, and where our engineers connect from. Your data and backups stay in the region and cloud accounts you choose — we do not move them to Azerbaijan. Our engineers administer your systems over secure, least-privilege remote access from our Baku delivery center, with named accounts, MFA and full change logging, so every action is attributable and auditable. Where your compliance requires it, we can scope, restrict and document cross-border administrative access, and support a data-processing agreement that reflects it. In practice this is the same model as any cloud provider or remote MSP whose staff sit outside the UAE.
Do you make certification or vendor-partner claims?
No. We reference the technologies we work with — such as Fortinet firewalls — factually, and we align hardening to recognised security baselines, but we do not display vendor partner badges or make certification claims we cannot substantiate.
How is security work priced?
It depends on your environment and whether you need a one-off audit, a hardening project or ongoing managed security and monitoring. We scope it and send a written quote after an initial review — there are no published fixed prices.
Can you secure a distributed, work-from-anywhere team?
Yes. Secure remote access is a core part of this pillar — VPN and zero-trust access setups let staff across the UAE and beyond connect safely, backed by firewall policy, segmentation and endpoint hardening.
What access do you need, and how is it controlled?
We operate on least-privilege: named accounts, MFA, scoped permissions and documented changes, with access reviewed regularly. You retain full ownership of the devices and a clear audit trail of every change we make.
