Pillar 01

Managed IT & Cloud Operations

Proactive remote monitoring, cloud management and end-user support — off your plate.

We run your day-to-day IT as a dedicated remote team on Gulf Standard Time. From cloud infrastructure to the laptop on a new hire’s desk, one accountable team keeps everything monitored, patched and supported against agreed SLAs.

What's included

Cloud operations

Design, management and cost-optimisation of AWS and Azure environments — compute, storage, networking and backups.

Proactive monitoring

Monitoring and alerting on servers, services and cloud workloads during Gulf Standard Time hours, with defined response times. Round-the-clock monitoring and on-call available as a paid add-on.

Server & systems management

Patching, updates, hardening and health management for Windows and Linux servers.

Microsoft 365 & identity

Administration of Microsoft 365, email, identity and access, MFA and device policies.

End-user support

Remote helpdesk for your staff — onboarding, offboarding and day-to-day tickets, resolved to SLA.

Backup & continuity

Managed backup and recovery so your data and systems survive failure, ransomware or human error.

How we deliver it

Delivered entirely remotely from our Baku delivery center, with clear SLAs, monthly reporting and a named team you can reach on your timezone.

How we work

A predictable, remote-first engagement — from first assessment to steady-state delivery on Gulf Standard Time.

  1. 1

    Discovery & audit

A remote assessment of your servers, cloud accounts, endpoints and current pain points — so we scope the actual estate, not a guess.

  2. 2

    Onboarding & tooling

We deploy monitoring and management tooling, document your environment and agree the SLAs, escalation paths and response times up front.

  3. 3

    Run & support on GST

Day-to-day operations, patching and helpdesk are handled by a named team working your Gulf Standard Time business hours, with proactive monitoring behind it (round-the-clock coverage available as a paid add-on).

  4. 4

    Report & improve

Monthly reporting on tickets, uptime and posture, plus a rolling improvement roadmap — so the environment gets steadily more stable, not just maintained.

Who it's for

Common situations we solve

Not sure if this fits? These are the typical scenarios where Gulf businesses bring us in for managed it & cloud operations.

Growing without an in-house IT team

Gulf SMEs and mid-market firms where IT rests on one overloaded admin — or the founder.

The business has outgrown ad-hoc IT. Tickets pile up, patching slips, nobody owns the cloud accounts, and a single person leaving would take the knowledge with them.

  • A dedicated remote team takes over day-to-day IT, monitoring and helpdesk on Gulf Standard Time
  • Servers, Microsoft 365, identity and endpoints documented, patched and supported to agreed SLAs
  • Named contact and monthly reporting — so IT stops being a single point of failure

Outcome: IT runs to a defined standard instead of depending on one person, at a fraction of the cost of building the team in-house.

Onboarding and offboarding at speed

Fast-hiring companies opening branches or scaling teams across the UAE and Gulf.

Every new hire means a laptop, accounts, mailbox and access — and every leaver is a security risk if offboarding is slow or incomplete.

  • Standardised joiner/mover/leaver process across Microsoft 365 and identity
  • Device policies, MFA and least-privilege access applied consistently, every time
  • Remote helpdesk resolves the day-to-day so your managers do not become IT support

Outcome: People are productive on day one and fully de-provisioned on day last — with an audit trail, not a spreadsheet.

A cloud bill nobody owns

Businesses on AWS or Azure where spend keeps climbing and no one is accountable for it.

The cloud environment grew organically. Costs rise every month, resources are over-provisioned, and there is no clear owner for architecture or optimisation.

  • Review of the current AWS/Azure footprint — compute, storage, networking and backups
  • Right-sizing, cleanup and cost-optimisation with the trade-offs explained in plain language
  • Ongoing operations and monitoring so the environment stays lean and healthy

Outcome: A cloud estate that is owned, monitored and cost-tuned — with someone accountable for both uptime and the bill.

Frequently asked questions

Do you work on Gulf Standard Time?
Yes. Our engineers align to Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4) — the same offset as our Baku delivery center — so support, changes and escalations happen during your business day, not overnight.
How can you manage our IT without being on-site in the UAE?
Cloud infrastructure, servers, Microsoft 365, identity and endpoints are all administered over secure remote connections and management tooling — the same way a modern in-house team already works. For the rare tasks that genuinely need hands on hardware, we coordinate with a local pair of hands you nominate, and handle everything else remotely.
How is pricing handled?
Managed IT is scoped to your environment — number of users, servers, cloud footprint and the coverage you need — so we quote it rather than list fixed tiers. Tell us your setup and we will prepare a written quote; there is no obligation.
What access do you need to our systems, and is it secure?
We work on a least-privilege basis: named accounts, MFA, and only the access a given task requires. Changes are documented and access is reviewed regularly, so you keep a clear audit trail of who did what.
Can you take over an environment another provider built?
Yes. The discovery and audit stage exists exactly for this — we map what you have, document the gaps and take over management cleanly, without needing to rebuild everything first.
Do you cover AWS and Azure, or only one?
Both. We design, manage and cost-optimise environments on AWS and Azure, including compute, storage, networking, backups and identity — and we can advise on the right region for UAE data-residency needs.
