We are looking for a team member to provide first-line technical support to users — logging requests, resolving common issues quickly and escalating complex cases to the right team.
Requirements
Confident with Windows and Microsoft 365 / Office
Diagnosing basic hardware, printer and peripheral issues
Working with remote support tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer)
Familiarity with ticketing / helpdesk systems
Strong communication and a customer-focused attitude
Fluent Azerbaijani; Russian or English is a plus
Responsibilities
Receiving and logging requests via phone, email and the ticketing system
Resolving first-line issues and escalating complex cases
Supporting user accounts, email and core applications
Preparing and setting up workstations and peripherals
